After the game
Who: Malakim, visitors
When: Day 1, Post-game
Where: Dorms
What: What do you even do for a broken arm?
[Figures out how to open the door again and then slams it closed behind his teammates when everyone's in. He stalks off to go look for — you know what? I don't even know what you need for a broken arm.]
[Just going to RUMMAGE LOUDLY through whatever is in the bathroom.]

[Looks around and sits down on his bunk.]
So it looks like my arm is going to be out of it for a couple of days. At least, if my regeneration works like I think it does. Sorry for being non-chalant about it earlier. I just wasn't sure with Autumn in our room if she should know how bad my arm was hurt.

[A beat.]
How bad is it? Should I start looking for some kinda splint?

Stay here a minute.
[And he's going to head out of the dorm altogether; you hear the door open and then close behind him.]

[Sighs and decides to lie down to get as comfortable as he can get.]

This oughtta work. Let me see your arm.
no subject
Well, that was fairly clever and resourceful of you, Rusty.

We're going on guesswork here, pal, and I don't think it's gonna feel good.
no subject
Eesh...good point there. Well, do what must be done. As long as it is facing the right way and straight, I think we did okay.

It is definitely sitting at a very wrong angle.]

[Let's. Uhm. Try and make that straighter.]
no subject
Let's not let me do this ever again, okay?
no subject
[Is that straight? That looks pretty straight. Pressing the spatula handle in flat against it.]
no subject
Well, I suppose you've proven yourself the smarter one between us. Congrats.

[Just... holds it for a second, trying to figure out what he's supposed to do. In the end, he nods toward the dresser.]
Come over here.

[He uses the metal hand to press the whole arm out flat on the surface, next to the spatula. The flesh hand unloops the sash from around his waist, then starts winding the split against the arm.]

[On the plus side, the surface seems to have straightened it out the rest of the way??]
no subject
Yeah, I really wish my super power was just an ability to dull pain right now.

[He finishes off the last of it and ties the ends together.
no subject
Well, maybe we can start calling you Doc after this?
