[ it's morning, and though there's no shrill of an alarm or sunlight streaming in through windows, you've all just woken up. probably. That would account for why you seem to be in bed, and why you don't remember doing anything before this. It must have been a nice restful sleep.

. . . actually, maybe the reason you don't remember doing anything isn't related to having just woken up at all. if you search your mind, you'll find your recollection totally blank.

Maybe. Hard to say since none of us seem to know what is going on.

[ running his hands over some of the stainless steel appliances, looking at everyone's slightly warped reflections. he contemplates for a moment longer before answering ]

Age, you think? Blues seem older than reds.

Interesting theory. Impossible to verify since none of us know our actual ages, but it's completely possible.

[ knocks on the reflective surface, to show how he ascertained his conclusion ]

Appearances could be deceiving. Besides, appearances make it a bit impossible to figure my age. Unless zombie is an age.

Adult male zombie. Doubtful I'm fully grown.

Yeah, another good point. Then again, it could be that maybe you are completely grown up. I found a book earlier that mentioned humans and non-humans.

I don't know. I have no memories. If we are assuming the book is about us, then maybe our memories are attached to our magic powers?

Anyone check out the outside yet?

I think the kid is rather anxious to go outside. I don't know if anyone has specifically gone out though.

No real point at hanging around inside, either. Might as well.
